Remember that oldie from the Beach Boys? I couldn't think of another song for this entry, but I do think it is appropriate. As you know from previous entries, Lindsay received her driver's license back in May. She is finished with her probationary period as of tomorrow which means she is now allowed to have passengers other than family members while driving. Coincidentally, tomorrow is Lindsay's 17th birthday. We surprised her with a Saturn SC2 (same care Grandma Joan has!). It is a cute little car and in very good condition. Lindsay was definitely surprised and thrilled. She now joins the ranks of citizens paying for car insurance and car maintenance - let the good times roll!
